The news that Katee is joining CSI made me realize I had seen Tricia on ads for some cop show. She is now starring on ‘Dark Blue’ and made appearances on ‘Burn Notice’. That show I have stopped following, but may catch up on now. Also of note is that Tricia appeared on CSI in 2002.

Interesting that she was in discussion to replace Jorja Fox a while back. Now she will be on CSI. Hopefully the writing is good for her character, but I don’t see how it can compare to The Bionic Woman…

Besides being insanely hot, this girl sounds insane:

Might have to watch ‘True Blood’ after seeing this cover on Rolling Stone…

I plan to be there – looks totally cool. An exhibit based on the works of Tim Burton will run at LACMA from May 29 to October 31, 2011. What a way to spend Halloween!!!

An interesting tidbit, but it is hard to see how a meaningful amount of energy would be captured.  Perhaps the iPad is a good candidate for this….

While waiting for the Tour coverage to come on, I watched a few episodes of Invasion on SciFi SyFy.  Having really liked American Gothic, which Shaun Cassidy also produced, I figured it might be worthwhile.  I saw eps 3-5 I think.  Pretty good, with some interesting similarities to American Gothic.  I will have to look out for the rest of the series, which only lasted one season.

I have been watching BSG again.  I really forgot how powerful some of it was, and still is.  I am also impressed at the consistency with the ending – Baltar saying “I’ll never tell” when asked about Ellen’s results in the cylon detector, and Head 6′s repeated “I am an angel of God” replies to Baltar’s questions of her nature.  Good stuff and I am glad I can watch it in chunks now.

I need to get around to seeing Caprica and waiting for The Plan to come out.
